Ryann is a senior Political Science major with a minor in Spanish and certificates in Environmental Studies, Writing, and Law, Justice, and Culture. She is the Vice President of OU’s ACLU chapter alongside her participation in many other student organizations on campus. This year, she will be completing an honors thesis for the political science department regarding national security in Somalia. Post-grad, she plans to enter the field of international relations research.
Natalie is a third-year HTC Political Science major with a minor in Spanish and History and certificates in Latin American Studies and Law, Justice, and Culture. She is the Vice President of Ohio University’s pre-law chapter of Phi Alpha Delta, and the Secretary for the Political Science Majors Association, while holding membership in many other organizations on campus. Natalie is also one of a select group of Voinovich Undergraduate Research Scholars. She plans to work in policy analysis and advocacy in the future.
Zach is from Delaware, Ohio, and he is a history major with a business minor in the Honors Tutorial College. He is currently President of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity and News Editor for The New Political. Following graduation he plans to attend law school. Yashvita Kanuganti is a third-year Ping Cutler Scholar majoring in Linguistics and HTC Religious Studies, with interests in cross-disciplinary connections between these fields. Some of these ongoing academic interests include linguistic anthropology and historiography. Currently, she is Co-President of Ohio University’s South Asian Student Association and is also an archival assistant for the Mahn Center for Archives and Special Collections. After graduating, she plans on pursuing higher education to continue exploring her passions in the overarching humanities, as well as archival work. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and writing.

Aayush is a junior international student majoring in Data Analytics and Finance and pursuing minors in Aviation Management along with certificates in cybersecurity and supply chain management. He is an active member of OU’s Information Systems and Analytics Professionals(ISAP) , Financial Management Association (FMA), and German Club. His passion lies in researching disease pathogenesis, and he currently fulfills this by studying type 2 diabetes development at the level of the beta cell. After graduating in spring 2025, he plans to attend graduate school and earn his PhD. Jack Wynn is a 4th Year Student at Ohio University from Cleveland, Ohio. He spent two years in the Connavino Honors Program at the Patton College of Education before moving over to the History Department this past summer. He is an avid outdoorsman, musician, reader, and writer. After completing his undergraduate degree next year he hopes to hike every mountain over four thousand feet high in the Eastern United States, and to pursue graduate studies in the field of Russian and Eastern European History, his current focus.
